Places will be held for 48 hours to allow candidates to contact the Accounts department to make payment.
We do not accept credit cards - payment can be made by debit card or bank transfer.
We are unable to take payments from card details sent by email - please call to make any payments.
For company bookings - please send purchase orders by email/fax, stating student name, course title and date, ensuring full invoice details are enclosed.
Once a booking has been confirmed by JPMA/HSS, notification to cancel must be received no less than 2 weeks before the commencement of the course.

JPMA/Hoylake Sailing School endeavour to run every course as advertised, but reserve the right to cancel courses should there be insufficient student numbers. An alternative date or refund will be offered.
MCA Code of Practice for Oral Exams - Cancellations
MCA exam centres will not take an exam booking unless a valid NoE is held by the candidate.
Candidates who require postponement of an exam at least 2 weeks in advance may be given an alternative exam without penalty, however this is only permitted on a maximum of 2 occasions.
Candidates wishing to cancel at least 2 weeks in advance of their exam in order to take the exam at a different exam office may be permitted to do this, only once.
Candidates who cancel within 2 weeks of the exam, or fail to attend without a valid reason will forfeit the exam by default. In the latter case the NoE will be marked as 'Fail'.
Examples of valid reasons:
- Doctor's Sick Note
- Letter from company stating candidate is required back at sea urgently
- known failure of public transport or unusual road congestion
