A three day course certificated by student assessment & written examination, giving officers education and training in human element leadership & management at operational level.
This is delivered through lectures, videos and scenarios in the classroom.
The course is a requirement for those wishing to obtain a Master (Code Vessels) <200gt CoC, an OOW (Yachts) <3000gt CoC, or an Engineering Y4, Y3 or SV EOOW CoC.
(Candidates may be from either the Deck, Engineering or Interior departments)
